30-year-old Toby Logan (Craig Olejnik, The Timekeeper) is a paramedic with a telepathic gift. Once haunted by his mysterious abilities, he now uses his intuitive powers to help others, including Sgt. Michelle McCluskey (Lauren Lee Smith, CSI) at the IIB (Integrated Investigative Bureau), a specialized unit of the RCMP.
