Bloodletting & Miraculous Cures is an eight-part pay-tv original dramatic series starring Shawn Ashmore, Mayko Nguyen and Byron Mann, as conflicted and entangled young doctors Fitz, Ming and Chen. Developed for The Movie Network and Movie Central in association with ITV Studios Global Entertainment, the series is based on the Scotiabank Giller Award-winning book by Vincent Lam.
Bloodletting & Miraculous Cures draws back the curtain on the private and professional lives of three brilliant young doctors as they navigate medical emergencies, perform surgeries and manage their own emotional triage. Canadian Broadcaster is HBO Canada. Worldwide distribution rights are held by ITV Studios Global Entertainment.
